- Manager Talent Acquisition for functional roles across the company
- Partner with Business and Functional Leads to understand the business/function strategy and create talent acquisition strategies for the organization
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with Leads in evaluating existing / future talent requirements, defining critical roles, Job Descriptions and plans for sourcing talent
- Employer Branding: Significant experience in designing and building Employer Branding Initiatives (Social Media / Campus/Buddy Programs)
- Candidate Experience: Designing and Executing seamless Candidate Experience and onboarding for new hires
- Hiring Dashboard: Design and Manage analytics for hiring related dashboards
- Continuous Improvement: Actively reviews and monitors talent acquisition issues from customers and implements an improvement strategy as needed
- Agility: Ability to be agile and support hyper growth needs of the organization in short turnaround times
- Develop strong relationships with leaders and HR team
- Up-to-date knowledge of best practice talent acquisition and HR trends
