Manager - Talent Acquisition - Accounting Firm

- Minimum Qualification: Graduate or MBA / PG in HR

- Candidate from CA/ Accounting/ Big 4's would be an added advantage

- Candidate should have 6 to 8 years of relevant recruitment experience.

- Candidate should be a quick learner

- Proficient experience in word, excel, power point. outlook and HRMS software

- Pro-active and result oriented approach

- Excellent record keeping

- Good communication and drafting skills.

- Ability to set personal goals and work independently

- Candidate should have ability to prioritize and organise the work / task within the stipulated time

Job KRA's would be :

- Working on manpower requirements

- Sourcing potential candidates through various platforms.

- Screening and scheduling

- Driving campus placements

- On-boarding

- Generating relative reports

- Analysing market trends and industry benchmark

- Promote the company's reputation as the "best place to work in the industry".
