Job Description:Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, with a focus on sales hiring, to meet the organization's growth objectives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers across various departments to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive recruitment plans.
Sourcing and Attraction:
- Utilize a diverse mix of channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, industry associations, and employee referrals to source and attract a broad and qualified candidate pool.
- Oversee and guide the recruitment team in executing successful sourcing strategies for various roles.
Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of recruiters.
Employer Branding:
- Contribute to building and enhancing the company's employer brand, emphasizing strengths across all functional areas.
- Represent the organization at industry events and career fairs to attract top talent.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand departmental goals and staffing requirements.
- Keep stakeholders informed about recruitment progress and provide regular updates.
Team Leadership and Channel Management:
- Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing recruitment team, emphasizing excellence in various hiring areas.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent channels.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
Qualifications:- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role, with a successful track record in sales hiring.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
