Qualifications: Academic Qualification Master's degree in HR preferred
Experience: At least 6-9 years of work experience in IT/ fast growth Tech-based Organization

Work Experience
- Hands on experience in Talent Acquisition (International Hiring for South-East Asia would be an advantage)
- Should have strong understanding of TA Best Practices (Psychometrics, BEI, Technology, EVP
- Creative sourcing methods to identify top-performing candidates through various channels (Job Portals, Linkedin, Social Media)
- Ability to work individually and with team
Position Purpose:
- To Develop & Implement Talent Acquisition Strategy, achieve - right caliber talent, improve Offer vs Joiner Ratio, Cost-effective methods, and Timely Acquisition of the right Talent to engage & attract the most suitable talent and becoming their employer of choice.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own end to end Talent Acquisition Processes, Hiring for India and ability to scale up to South East Asia, Campus Hiring Plan, efficient Vendor Management
- Set Recruitment processes and systems including Referral IJP etc., to improve on the quality of hire, reduced turnaround time, and optimize cost and time of hiring - through use of HR tools, Processes & Technology
- Stakeholder management with respect to expectation settings, providing information about talent available, use of smart ways of mapping, networking and acquiring talent by use of social media
- Screening applicants to evaluate the requirements as per JD
- Ensure End to end delivery, candidate Follow Up and timely feedback
- Develop and Analyze Dashboard, develop & implement strategies to improve on TA Metrics.
- Ensure overall good candidate experience during the hiring process
- Build and maintain metrics to show data-driven conclusions on hiring numbers
- Conducting regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting - plans and implementation
- Developing a pool of qualified candidates
