We Careerist Management Consultants, specializing in HR search firm, are looking for a Senior HR- TA professional and position would be based at Mumbai for our MNC Client.  Brief Profile - We are looking for a candidate with 3- 8 years of experience.   We are looking candidates from Premier MBA institutes only 2007-2011 batches only.  The person should be mature to manage relationships with senior business leaders in the organization and to be a face for the organization whilst managing the middle to leadership hiring for the organization.   Ideal candidate would be someone with exposure to leadership hiring experience at international locations/ assignments.
