Manager - Sustainability - Tea Estate

- Ability to work and connect extensively at Tea Estates and out grower locations

- Assist in new connections with producers

- To connect and communicate with implementing partners and push verification

- To connect back with producers to push and retaining verified volumes

- Interact with various bodies of the trade to understand current dynamics

Have a knowledge of the topography of North India and Assam in particular

- Work experience in Supply chain or with a Sustainability Initiative is desirable

- Good appreciation of understanding Government and Legal Notifications

- Tea Knowledge is essential

- Networking in the Industry amongst Producers/Brokers

- Local Language and Culture
