Manager - Sustainability - BFSI

- Candidates from BFSI, Fintech, Service industry only NOT from Manufacturing sector

- Carbon/Water Neutrality -Based on roadmap developed, work towards achieving Y-o-Y targets

- ESG disclosures: Experience in BRSR, IR, CDP, DJSI, TCFD and any other reporting frameworks

- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal/external stakeholders for data related to reporting disclosures and maintain timelines

- Monitor the KPIs to ensure implementation of projects to achieve sustainability goals

- Gather performance metrics and build central repository Support internal Teams and enhance employee engagement.

- Engaging with internal stakeholders for timely capturing of data and reporting on ESG KPIs.

- Provide inputs in training material on BRSR principles, Human rights and other topics related to ESG for ensuring awareness among the internal and external stakeholders

- Coordinating with various branches to drive monthly employee engagement activities under "I AM Responsible "initiative.

- Visiting certain branches to Carry out assessment / audits to ensure adherence to Sustainable practices.

- Conducting supplier audits to monitor their ESG practices and analyze the potential risk to the operations of our company.

- To work towards goal of Zero Waste to Landfill across the organization and conduct third party verification to obtain certification for the same.
