Job Description :

- Overall responsibility for design and development of suspension system of cars

- Should have basic understanding of other chassis components

Client Details :

- Our client is a global automotive OEM with its presence in more than 50+ countries across the globe. In India their product portfolio is diverse ranging from gasoline, diesel and electric variants.

Description :

- Responsible for design and development of suspension system of cars

- Understanding of basic design calculations related to suspension

- Would be responsible for DFMEA and DRBTR of suspension system

- Would be responsible for releasing SORs, conducting technical reviews of supplier, releasing supplier approval reports and leading the development activities

- Would work with Vehicle Dynamics team for Ride & Handling and NVH trials

- Would be single point of contact for all issues related to suspension system during design, development, validation, build, launch and post launch phase

- Would take care of design/ drawing release, packaging study and Engineering approval of suspension system

- Should have basic understanding of other chassis components

Profile :

- B. E./ B. Tech (Mandatory) and ME/ M Tech (Optional) - 10-12 years of work experience in design and development of suspension system. Candidate with work experience from Indian OEM would be preferred - Experience of working with CFT and people from different regions/ countries would be expected - Should have basic understanding of Uni-graphics/ Catia, Microsoft Office - Should be ok working with CFT from different cultures/ domains/ countries
