Support Operations Manager
Position Description :
Responsible for daily operations of the firm including facilities, human resources, IT and own the operations growth function of the organisation
Duties :
- Oversees all operations of the organisation and ensures business continuity under all circumstances.
- Holds the delegation of authority (DoA) in the absence of the Chief Operations Officer.
- Manages the human resources of the organisation by setting up recruitment channels, establishing human resources policies, and managing payroll of the staff; ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees.
- Owns and establishes the process of sourcing, attracting, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding employees to the organization.
- Establishes an IT system that logs all hardware and applications purchased, IT assistance tickets generated & all installed upgrades, and manages corporate collaboration with an original equipment manufacturer or vendor; strategizes a data security system to prevent loss of key information.
- Owns system of guidelines governing all functioning of the organisation, and timely update of the same from key internal and external learnings.
- Owns all executions related to growth of operations of the organisation;
- Aids the COO in developing a strategy to ensure a lean employee structure to promote agile operations.
- Plays an important role in vendor onboarding, finalizing deals beneficial for the organisation, and setting up proper coordination for satisfactory vendor services.
- Maintains all operating offices of the organisation to achieve a cordial and hygienic environment for all employees; is responsible for setup of new offices and abandonment of the old ones.
- Aids the COO in achieving his/her business goals; supports the COO in developing the vision of the operations arm of the organisation.
- Establishes a payroll system to maintain records and payments for employees hired to clients.

- Should be fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Should be proficient in MS Office Suite.

Educational & Professional Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
Industry Experience :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
Compensation : 7 - 8 LPA
