Manager - Supply & Logistics - Milk (4-6 yrs)
Position: Manager- Supply & Logistics
Location: Pune, Hyderabad & Mumbai
CTC- Upto 17LPA
Responsibilities :
Milk Supply - Milk supply forecasting on a daily basis and placing indents to milk brands (Amul etc) for the next day's supply. Ensuring the milk supply reaches all last mile hubs on-time and as per indent. Handle about 50,000 litres milk purchase & distribution per day.
Logistics - Transportation fleet management of 50-100 vehicles (1 ton to 6 ton capacity) in the city to support first mile & middle mile operations.
Vendor management - Maintaining relationship with milk brands & with transport aggregators for smooth daily operations. Needs to take care of milk margins, transportation cost optimization, contract negotiation etc.
Payments - Coordinate with Finance team for processing daily payments to milk vendors and monthly payments to transportation vendors
Projects - Handle city level special projects in operations as per requirement. Ensure the project roll out and implementation by liaising with internal stake holders like other OMs, Central Ops teams etc.
