Manager - Supply Chain - Wheat

- 4-8 years of experience in Trading and Sourcing (Wheat Sourcing) desk in reputed Agri procurement company.

- Daily tracking of Arrivals, Price and Price/ Quality arbitrage between various sourcing geography

- Daily liasoning with all major brokers, suppliers, branch team

- Daily tracking of Plant & Local WH SOH & SIT - Varietal level as per blend

Requirement :

- Daily monitoring of various key dashboard matrices

- Adherence to Optimizer output

- OTIF Adherence

- Direct Plant Buying

- Bagless dispatches

- Factory Silo & WH utilization

- Freight spend tracking, variance analysis

- Warehouse utilization

- Rejection tracking & analysis of root cause

- Daily tracking of Dispatch vs Receipt quality

- Vendor development - Transporter, Multi modal operator: Tracking new

developments in logistics, storage solution, government schemes

- Strong knowledge of local traders and good relationship with government platforms.

- Highly self-motivated and demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Demonstrated ability to work well with people from a variety of backgrounds.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
