Manager - Supply Chain - Printing/Packaging Industry

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Should have working experience in the areas of paper procurement in Printing Industry, Retail Display, Signage

- Negotiation skills, Issues resolutions at CEO level, Market understanding, Managing Vendor and supplier

- Must have technical and specification knowledge of Papers.

- Must have the experience of how to register complain, Identify issues, Performance review, Issue resolution. Printing process and technical knowledge required

- Must have English and Excel knowledge

Job Profile :

Reporting and Business Improvement :

- Collate data, write reports in Noosh for supplier reviews

- Perform basic analysis of data, reports and determine results

- Determine areas of improvement for suppliers

- Co-ordinate with finance teams to seek necessary approvals

Supplier Development :

- Archive profiles for potential suppliers, maintain trackers

- Gather information, perform reference checks from Industry

- Track potential suppliers/technologies - Trade manuals, Exhibitions, engagement with OEMs

- Procurement Practices - Administration

- Provide administrative support to establish term sheets

- Coordinate on coding rate-cards

- Liason with brand teams, project team for creating spec templates

- Identify scope for optimisation and standardisation across accounts

- Data management, evaluation of categories/product types and spend management

Industry Initiatives :

- Support devlopment of strategies that will benefit Ergo through professional engagement with suppliers

- Support mining of various ways for Company to stay connected to suppliers

Innovation & Account Management :

- Connect with procurement teams to deliver innovative ideas and newer technologies

- Coordinate implementation of sustainable process and compliant purchase methodology

Support and training Centre :

- Ensure adequate support, training and guidance is rendered to suppliers for managing their sales in Noosh

Contracting and commercial compliance :

Adminsitor effective archival and retrival of contract documents - Online and physical copies
