Manager - Supply Chain Operations - Internet/Online

Purpose of the job:

- Lead complete functions of Warehouse Management and Dispatch Operations; creating & implementing KPIs & metrics with focus on operational functions

- Develop and Optimize supply network streamlined workflow and optimized resource & capacity utilization

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Ensure optimal availability of stock; coordination with Manufacturing Team for production of unavailable stock for timely delivery

- Achieve set targets and SLAs for distribution of goods to user units & customers Interfacing with cross-functional divisions to administer & track order and delivery status

- Improve client servicing/ experience by responding to customer requests as well as identifying & resolving clients issues; conceptualize & deploy corrective and preventive action plans to minimize complaints related to systems, short/ excess receipt, improper packing, wrong documentation and in-time delivery issues

- Devise efficient Logistics Management System to ensure delivery of the goods/ shipments as per committed timelines & cost; arranging logistics for market dispatches

- Developing standard work sequences & control practices to eliminate/ reduce re-work, error, waste, movement & motion and balance individual workload by using direct observation method

Who can apply:

- 7-15 years of industry experience in handling an ecommerce category

- MBA from Tier 1 Tier 2 College is a must; a degree in Supply Chain or related will be a big plus
