L&T-SuFin is an integrated B2B Ecommerce Platform which leverages L&T's deep knowledge and capabilities in Procurement (through its huge volume of annual procurement) and Logistics, Financing, and IT solutions. This platform is essentially a digital marketplace for SME buyers and sellers (mainly focused on construction and industrial products & services) to connect in an efficient manner, thereby enabling sellers to expand their sales reach, and for buyers to find required products and services at optimal cost and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operations Management for Market Partnership and Subscriptions

- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the fulfillment of key value propositions for market partners and subscribed sellers.

- Interact with the marketing team to ensure timely completion of tasks related to market partnership and subscriptions.

- Maintain a comprehensive record of all value propositions offered to market partners and subscribed sellers, regularly communicating with them to nurture healthy relationships.

- Prepare and manage Management Information System (MIS) for market partners and subscribed sellers.

- Supply Chain Manger for L&T-SuFin Branded Products

- Oversee the entire order-to-cash cycle for customer orders of L&T-SuFin branded products.

- Coordinate with the sales team to manage customer orders efficiently.

- Liaise with contract manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of customer orders for L&T-SuFin branded products.

- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.

- Prepare and manage MIS for management reporting, focusing on budget versus target numbers
