Manager - Supply Chain - Manufacturing Firm

Desired Criteria :

a. Education: Graduate in Commerce / Science

b. Work Experience: Between 3 to 9 years

c. Age Criterion: Not more than 35 years

d. Language: Hindi, English & Vernacular Language (knowledge of local language is essential)

e. Notice: Preferably should be available to join within 30 days

f. Analytical Skills: SAP Knowledge, MS Office, Sound Communication Skills

Job Description :

a. Responsible for end to end order fulfillment from order receipt to material delivery

b. Build dashboards to track business metrics, monitor seller performance & publish MIS reports periodically

c. Engage with sellers to enhance buyer experience, cost optimization & availability

d. Suggest internal process improvements to optimize order execution TAT

e. Team Management, Training & development

f. Work on the short / mid / long term planning horizons to build processes & teams

g. Work with tech team to build the supply modules & products required for DoD correspondences
