Manager - Supply Chain - Manufacturing

Hiring for Manager- Supply Chain(Customer Experience) with leading Chemical company for Mumbai.

- Experience 10+Yrs in supply chain domain

- Experience Cost optimization, customer satisfaction and customer management.

- E- commerce background would be an added advantage.

- Preferred industry, FMCG, FOOD, Chemical & Pharma

Role and Responsability:

1. Responsible for overseeing and managing company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations.

2. Maximize the process efficiency and productivity.

3. Play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors.

4. Customer service engagement will be the key reponsability

5. Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy

6. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams

Determine key supply chain KPIs :

- Suggest solutions for process improvements

- Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner

- Train and evaluate others
