The SC Executive GCC is accountable for stable communication between Sales, Planning and Customer Service to ensure target External Customer Service Level (ECSL) and Inventory are met. This is by monitoring stocks availability as agreed SS and Lead Time on the ERP system by leading and coordinating overall Supply Chain activities for all internal processes:

- Control Tower between CS, Planning and Sales

- GCC Business knowledge / ownership of capability

- GCC Documentation Processes.

- Escalation contact between Customers and Sales.

The SC Executive GCC is responsible for the validity of the Customer Orders entered in our ERP system processed by the CS Back Office and ensure that all orders are in line with the product availability. Monitor the Backlog and ECSL. Process documents for Attestation/Legalization and other activities requested by the Customer (Inspection/COO). Follows up on Sales Orders/Deliveries are met & handled on the time and is the communication channel with Business.

Ensuring:

- Follow- up on the final supply chain process to ensure timely supply of documents to customers.

- Handling of customer complaints process until customer satisfaction (Credit Notes)

- Improved overall customer service level by following up with CS Backoffice

- Approves Sample deliveries for Sales/Customers.

- Assist CS/Sales on missing codes (Customer/Product)

- Provides alternative solutions to ensure customer receives alternative products within their Expectation.

Principal Accountabilities :

- Provide Weekly Reports to Sales on their updates.

- Ensure all products and customers are properly linked in our ERP system.

- Monitor and Simulate the Slow Movers in order to take actions in a timely manner to reduce the provision impact.

- Monitor the Inventory Level to ensure it does not exceed the target level and provide feedback on reduction.

- Coordinate activities and work flow with SBU and Customer Service/Suppliers to ensure production and material handling is timed to meet Service Levels.

- Monitor Daily and investigate to ensure that all processed Sales Orders are fulfilled on time by the CS Team to meet the ECSL.

- Monitor and investigate backlog orders to ensure products are delivered to the Customer as per required date.

- Input Credit Notes after Root Cause is determined and file for Audit purposes.

- Prepare the write off's for SLOBs, Damaged, Expired and Defected products as per the corporate standards.

- Monitor team KPI's to ensure the targets are met.
