About Our Client :

Our client is one of the largest FMCG companies in the world with significant presence in Indian market. They have a wide range of products in their portfolio and are looking to expand their mark in the Indian market. Currently, they are looking to recruit a Manager Supply Planning, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Job Description :

Reporting to the General Manager Supply Chain, you will be responsible for :

- Managing and implementing the supply planning function across product categories for PAN India operations

- Working closely with all the functions to ensure operational efficiency including production, distribution efficiency

- Responsible for a catalogue of more than 500 SKUs across India

- Managing a team of 4 - 5 members with responsibility for their growth and development in the organization

The Successful Applicant :

You will be a post graduate with around 8 years of experience in planning (demand planning, supply planning, S&Op planning) ideally in Consumer Durables/FMCG/Pharma Industry. Prior experience of having worked on SAP is an added plus. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and hands on approach towards his/her work.
