- Managing complex supply chain issues
Requirements :
- QSR Or FMCG experience needed.
- Expertise in supply chain modeling and analysis, with good knowledge of supply chain optimization methodologies and tools.
- The candidate should be excellent at dealing with numbers.
- The candidate should seek and analyse the relevant data and then solve problems, make recommendations backed by data.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral in English Competent and confident public speaker.
- The candidate should be continuously looking for improvements possible in the products and processes.
- The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- The candidate should understand that the customer comes first. Be it internal or external.
- The candidate Should be ready to go the extra mile whenever required to make sure that customer needs are met.
- The candidate should be able to think long term solutions and not short-term fixes.
- Candidates should be able to mentor and coach team members so that they can contribute to the organization effectively.
