Purpose of the job:
Alliance function is responsible for existing and to be developed relationships with Bank/ NBFC and business stakeholders to create lending partnerships for customers purchasing material on the platform.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand customer personas and credit needs across customer cohorts be it based on size of client and/or industry segment they operate in. And accordingly, identify relevant lending partners and build partnerships and programs for enabling financing for clients transacting on the platform.
- Negotiate best lending rates and drive commercials to be ploughed back from lenders.
- Works closely with credit risk and business teams to monitor program health, take feedback and tweak as required.
- Stay updated on the developing trends in the credit side of business and evolve with such changes and direct the organization accordingly
- Work with product team to help tech integration with lenders
Ideal Candidate:
- 7-10 years of experience in the context of building partnerships in B2B lending domain
- High data and analytics orientation
- Stakeholder management, business expectation fulfilment and problem solver and should be flexible and swift to adopt start up pace.
- Individual with network in the banking and NBFC space an added advantage
- Prefer MBA from Tier-1 college / CA
