- MBA from Tier-I business school
- Minimum 2 years' industry or consulting experience in an MNC, consumer goods or e-commerce organization
- Data Analytics expertise in consumer goods industry
- Experience in development of assets and methodologies, research or white papers and marketing collaterals
- Functional knowledge of B2B and B2C e-commerce platforms is a must
- Deep skills and experience in specialized industry offering - Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Insights
As a part of the team, you'll help drive the following:- Support Enterprise Transformation, one of the key capability or sub-Industry areas and help develop digital supply chain strategy and roadmap, e-commerce operations, shared services strategy, cloud operating models and transformation to meet business challenges.
- Develop and implement client's e-commerce supply chain strategy and operating model across D2C, B2B, B2B2C channels including process improvements, streamlining the operations, and enhancing the overall customer/consumer experience.
- Design the digital transformation journey for clients and develop operating frameworks.
- Optimize the supply chains for efficiency and cost in various process areas like
- order fulfilment, inventory management, and delivery deploying the use of automation tools, relevant technologies, and analytics.
- Lead client conversations and drive team to deliver as per project objectives.
- Construct basic components of business case and value analyses such as market share, sales, costs, supply chain benchmarking, value realization and so on.
- Define the right solution model for the client; generate business opportunities and support Accenture leadership.
- Manage inter-team and client challenges, enable teams to perform as per objectives and expectations.
- Lead discussions with client and key stakeholders to provide direction and drive execution by managing project delivery and track timely completion of deliverables.
- Stay updated with emerging industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide clients with innovative supply chain solutions.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, attending client meetings, and showcasing expertise in supply chain management.
