Urgent opening for Manager - Supermarket/hypermarket operations for one of the Reputed Company.

Require:

Min 10 years of exp

Should have exp in managing a supermarket/hypermarket operations

Male candidates preferred

Should know Malayalam language

Salary max upto 24lpa

Mall (For hypermaket operations of size 13000sqft)

Hypermarket will be owned and operated by the Company.

Location: Trivandrum

1-Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

2-Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training employees and appraising job results

3-Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring.

4- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.

5- Implements sales development & promotional activities as per plans

6- Maintains SOP in the store including stock management & utilization

7- Manages & maintains assets in the assigned supermarket/hypermarket

8- Merchandising & product display

9-Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational and HR policies and procedures.

10- Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.

11-Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.

12-Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
