Pre - Requisites
- Post Graduate from a top tier business school, with 6-8 Y of experience, of which at least 4Y in driving strategic initiatives in IT firms
- Possess high quality analytical skills and a prior role showcasing the same
- Excellent understanding of the technology services industry, sales cycles and associated drivers
- Has been part of a Strategy team (Corporate/Business) in his/her career
- Experience in driving transformational initiatives with significant impact
- Strong presentation skills; confidence and poise in delivering to senior management
- Past experience in working with senior leadership
- Be ambitious, detail oriented and strives for best in class quality and faster TAT
- Strong proficiency in business writing and verbal communications.
- Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

The Global Client Services (GCS) group is the integrated sales and marketing operations arm of the company.
Role:
Strategic Planning
- Assess and benchmark GCS functions against competition, identify white spaces
- Work with leadership team to create a to-be roadmap
- Own 1Y and 3Y plans and see them through execution
- Lead efforts on annual planning initiatives, leadership events and create PoVs, sales and marketing playbooks and other material to position GCS as appropriate
- Evangelize GCS offerings across verticals and horizontals, targeting greenfield expansion
Business/Function Transformation
- Evaluate GCS functions and identify transformation opportunities
- Build a roadmap/business case for transformation opportunities and see them through execution
- Identify and present opportunities for better collaboration among teams
- Identify and secure management buy in on optimization/operational excellence opportunities
- Identify new service/offering areas and build a business case - across GCS and other units, between GCS and Sales and Marketing
Capability Build - Out
- Continually scan internal and external environment to Identify new capability development areas needed to pivot GCS to the next orbit
- Assist/work with leadership in evaluating new tools and subscriptions; aiding teams to be more effective
- Work with leadership in new team incubation initiatives
