- Formulate growth strategy for India Markets

- Identify focus sectors/ products and craft go-to-market strategy .

- Build financial model (incl. P&L, cash flow statement & balance sheet) for the recommended strategy

- Conduct Market Assessment and identify potential growth of the new ventures.

- Execute innovative ways to conduct due diligence in re-assessing current investments

- Determine revenue potential and growth opportunities .

- Assist in converting current ventures into high-growth organizations.

- Develop a market entry plan entailing pricing & growth strategy to create demand .

- Develop end-to-end business expansion strategy - including customer segmentation, strategy, and high level customer experience strategy
