- Regular Industry Analysis and Updates

- Automated reports and performance dashboards for implementing an effective performance tracking & review mechanism

- Strategy planning & implementation and driving profitability

- Managed P&L for the vertical and improved Combined Ratio

- Has managed projects and new initiatives

- Engaged in cross-functional interactions on business planning and modelling.

- Building realistic business plan consistent with long term objectives

- Providing timely and accurate monthly report

- Planning of distribution related payouts including Commission, R&R, Marketing support and Segmentation Strategy
