Role - Manager - Strategy & Operations

Looking for a person to assist the senior management of a fast growing company in overall strategy & operations.

Incumbent will work with the management in overseeing the operations, processes, do regular analysis, assist in operations improvement, devising operational strategies etc. Regular reporting to management on companies performance.

- An ideal candidate shall be a person who has worked as an EA to CEO/COO or has worked in strategy teams of companies.

- Person having operational consulting exp. can also be a good fit

- Prefer person who has worked with start up

- MBA from premier B-School

- Must have looked at multiple functions in an organization

- Must have good data analysis exp.
