Position: Manager- Strategy & New Initiatives Responsibilities: 1. Driving new strategic initiatives e.g. partnership models with banks 2. Design of Vision/ Mission/ Strategy for new partnerships and alliances being explored to offer new products and services to customers 3. Interacting with a bunch of stakeholders from banks, investors, customers, field staff, experts and other businesses in this space 4. Build business plans from ideas, analyse and evaluate options, come up with solutions to business challenges, create plans and make projects - go-live- from those plans 5. Development & Ownership of all reports to be presented to partners & investors 6. Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to promote and positively represent the organization through internal and external communication. 7. Develops and implements policies and procedures for communicating on behalf of the organization that represents the corporate identity, and promotes and supports the organization's mission. 8. To work on various internal and external presentations. Skills and Qualifications: 1. MBA/ Masters with 1-2 years of experience in Strategy, Social Services, etc 2. Dynamic, articulate with a strong commitment to inclusive initiatives for development 3. Should possess a keen sense of business and ability to think differently 4. Analytical thinking 5. Basic ability to work with numbers and inquisitiveness to learn more. 6. Excellent communication Skills English language fluency - both verbal and written.
