Expertise / Mandatory Skills :

- Strategy [Market Assessments, Market entry strategy, Growth & diversification strategy, creating business plans, financial modeling] And Experience in Customer / Channel / Sales Effectiveness

- Management consulting experience is mandatory.

- Candidates only apply if they have Engineering AND MBA degree

- Candidates should experience in Either / ANY of these domains or with similar clients :-

Industrial market : Automobile, Engineering, Manufacturing companies, Metal, mining, Power Energy, oil & gas, petroleum, Pharma, Steel, Machine manufacturing, Consumer Market OR FMCG

JD : KRA's

- Generates new business for the practice

- Delivery of Revenue on client engagements

- Use client relationships to identify new opportunities for the firm

- Leads and directs multiple projects effectively.

- Negotiates fees and other terms of engagement

- Monitors billing/ Fee collection using billing reports

- Counsels teams and individuals (via defining and implementing developmental plans) which will result in meeting future needs of the firm.

- Contributes to implementing and enhancing the firms policies and procedures for knowledge management and management for the firms intellectual capital
