Manager - Strategy - Logistics Sector

- Assist in strategy formulation for the company, cascading the company strategy to business segments and setting yearly goals for each business segment.

- Collaborate with business segments and functions on strategy implementation (Driving and Implementing key initiatives

- Participate in the monthly/ quarterly Business Review process for each business segment to identify any course corrections for business segments.

- Conduct research and analyses including Market Reports (estimate market size, identify industry trends, list major players & competition and major activities by competitors), Financial analyses, Modelling and Projections.

- Create presentations to clearly articulate the insights driven by research and analysis.

- Assist the CEO office in creating thought notes/ presentations for various sector conferences and for business performance reports.
