Job Responsibilities :

- Assist strategy head in providing short term / long term strategic views through supporting information on various aspects of business

- Provide external perspectives and competitive intelligence in strategic initiatives and hence provide timely information in business decision making process. The role holder will need to engage with external entities (eg research providers) to deliver the required insights.

- Benchmarking of CHOICe with external entities (competitors, partners, other companies) to highlight potential gaps and strengths

- Track and support focused execution of identified strategic initiatives as per the approved strategic plan - Articulation of capability gap/advantage vis-a-vis competitors/ benchmarks

- Timely delivery of inputs for progressing strategic initiatives

Customers / Stakeholders

- Identify and engage relevant stakeholders (typical mid-level managers) in each of the initiatives to solicit their inputs

- Syndicate preliminary findings and recommendations with the stakeholders

- Provide periodic updates to stakeholders on the progress of strategic initiatives

- Stakeholders engaged in a timely and effective manner to ensure alignment on strategic directions of the company

Leadership & Teamwork

- Support strategy head in providing support through insights/ information on topical issues and critical challenges facing the organization

- Work closely with individuals across various functions in the organization including Sales, Marketing, Products, Finance, Operations, Legal, IT, and HR.

- Positive feedback from senior mgmt on delivery of strategic insight

- Willingness by key individuals across functions to partner in delivering strategic initiatives

Operational Effectiveness & Control

- Structure individual work streams and develop work plans

- Perform required analyses to advance solution development and to support execution of strategic initiatives

- Lead internal/external customer and bank research initiatives, including engaging with vendors/ partners for delivery of primary and secondary research and analytics deliverables

- Draft presentations to communicate synthesized findings/status to senior management and Board for their feedback and approval - Structured problem solving

- Clear derivation of - so-what- from individual analysis

- Clear insights related to customer and bank staff behaviour with respect to customer segments

- Effective story-lining in presentations or any other form of communication
