Manager - Strategy Implementation - BFS

Work closely with executive leadership to spearhead strategic and transformational enterprise initiatives in spectrum banking.

Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Oversee the timely delivery of all projects, ensuring they remain within scope and within budget Organize and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Prepare a detailed project plan to track progress

Autonomously driving and iterating on key analyses to uncover insights leveraging existing and new information sources. Providing strategic insights to various parts of the business, aimed either at unlocking a future avenue of growth, or solving a key business problem

Translate the strategic priorities into robust, scalable programs. In this role, you will also play an integral role in overseeing large, cross-functional projects across the organization, and direct focus on key success metrics.

Managing end-to-end life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, Own/ manage product & business strategies to set and achieve short- and long-term goals for the programs

Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached. Coordinating internal resources and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders for flawless execution of projects

Hands-on expertise as a technical resource to solve complex business issues that translate into data integration and database systems designs

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar business transformation role with focus on executive-level strategy development, program and change management, and cross-functional collaboration.

- 6-10 years of work experience in strategic consulting/ corporate strategy/ program management

- Experience in Neo Bank (Paytm,Niyo Bank) or Fintech Companies in the strategy role or a part of project team

- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and solve problems

- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent communication skills- written and verbal

- Strong track record with proven growth in your current organization
