Company Profile : The company is into construction of government projects. Responsibility : The following are the main tasks of this position at a pre-set up of the vehicle : - Search, identify and analyze information/documents required to build and validate the strategy of the investment vehicle. - Help make a business plan by obtaining necessary information/data. - Produce draft pitch book, based on the strategy and business plan. - Liaise between HQ in India and Tokyo to set up logistics needed to organize various business communications. Once the vehicle is set up, the key tasks will be as follows : - Desk review and analyze information/documents relative to potential transactions to support decisions of the senior managers. - Help produce various documents for public tenders, if so required. - Throughout the investment cycle, take actions to support the senior managers such as: i. Pre-DD/DD Planning : Make and monitor a concrete plan to conduct a DD, including coordination with third parties. ii. Help produce documents for an investment committee, including but not limited to financial projections and valuation. iii. Support various legal negotiations relative to terms of investments in support for the senior managers. iv. Upon investment, help set up KPIs, monitoring programs and produce a set of monitoring report with a view to presenting to investment partners. Required Profile : - Below are the key qualification desired for this position: - High integrity. - Excellent communication and persons skills - a team player. - Strong initiative and ability to tackle challenges. - Excellent analytical and numbering skills. - Proficient in presentation (oral and writing). Experience : - 3-5 years of experience in the investment area, with a preference in private equity. Language : - Good oral and written communication skills in the English language. - Knowledge of French is a plus. Key objective of this hiring is to onboard him/her as part of a future potential team to manage an investment vehicle in the area of logistics. The main roles of Associates are to help prepare the vehicleâ€™s strategy, business plan and pitch book equivalent of presentation to third parties. Once the vehicle is set up, he/she will work as Investment Associate as part of the team that manages the investment process for the vehicle. Salary budget : 8-15 Lacs
