Role Details :

- Making a meaningful contribution to shaping the Strategy of FES across its diverse Divisions ranging from Core Businesses of Tractor Domestic, International Operations,Farm Machinery, FaaS & Subsidiaries

- Support with market understanding, customer insights, competitive information and key trends to enable strategy

- Development in domestic space & international markets

- Lead with insights and analytics to support creation and execution of relevant and impactful strategy

- Facilitate the development and approval of business cases and lead implementation of pilots and strategic

- Initiatives in partnership with the business teams

- Financial modelling for various scenarios

- Collaborating & networking across businesses, functions and across levels to deliver outcomes within timelines

- Competitive monitoring, intelligence gathering and developing competitive strategy scenarios

- Supporting delivery timelines on critical organization level projects

- Data collation & presentation preparation for key Strategy reviews
