Manager - Strategy - EPC - IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI/IIT/NIT

Key Responsibilities - 

1. To Co-ordinate with EPC initiatives on behalf of MD

2. To track master EPC MIS

3. To Follow-up with EPC Team for effective & timely execution of MD's directions

4. To Support MD's office for effective MRI (Market Research Intelligence)

5. To compile EPC Data, Generate Analytics for MD

6. To prepare cases, reports, presentation slides, excel sheets, information memorandums, charts, comparative analysis and report for MD.

Educational Qualification :

B.E (Civil) preferably with an MBA from premier institutes

Work Experience : With 7-10 years of relevant experience handling legal matter with Real Estate in Project functions or worked in a corporate environment or in MD's office would be preferable

Special Requirements : Broad knowledge / understanding of real estate market may be helpful.

Technical understanding of the Company's business and operations and attention to details.

Age : 27 - 35 years
