Job Description:

- As a Manager you will be responsible for working with a team of strategy professionals to manage delivery of modules, including planning and budgeting, defining deliverable content, ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client specifically for the Healthcare & Life Sciences vertical.

- Target and quantify the value of an operations transformation opportunity, work on creating a point of view that can be presented to the C-suite and drive targeted improvement.

Your responsibility will also include:

- Domain development

The Successful Candidate:

- Must be a Full-time MBA from Tier 1 institutes - IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SP Jain, Nitie, JBIMS with 6-10 years strategic consulting experience with a top consulting firm.

- Candidates with strategic consulting experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences.

- The individual should have a deep understanding of the Healthcare & Life Sciences industry in India - overall industry dynamics, issues, typical challenges faced by clients and an appreciation of operational aspects of the sector
