- Consult commercial bank's functions and business owners while leveraging in-depth understanding of business, asset and liability products (loan, trades, cash, and Forex), borrowing and non-borrowing, cross boarder needs and using data driven insights - Develop tangible insights with measurable business impact - which result in strategic action plan for each global heads, region business owners, country managers and relationship managers- sales management, global lending management, risk and operations heads - Develop strategy to reduce the TAT for deals closures and client calls for RMs - Tracking of Balance sheet along with identifying additional revenue opportunities through use of logical as well as statistical techniques - Broader understanding of Commercial customers - Survey analysis and exposure to text mining and understanding impact of surveyed clients post treatments - Consistently deliver on multiple and complex projects aligned to business priorities independently. But, simplification of underlying complex insights so as to convert them into actionable steps is the key to success - Develop/own comprehensive end to end solutions to address business problems.
