Manager - Strategy - BFSI

Currently working on an opening for the position of Manager - Strategy for one of the biggest corporate house in India.

Job Description -

1. Work Collaboratively with all departments in developing and writing ambitious, yet achievable multi- year strategic plans.

2. Conduct strategic plan implementation, monitoring and support.

3. Carry out market studies in order to identify new target segments among new value chains and in new regions.

4. Carry our Market research both primary and secondary for Branch Expansion.

5. Develop partnerships with value chains’ stakeholders in order to develop risk mitigation strategies,Innovate, when needed, in terms of product and process.

6. Prepare training materials and carry out training sessions for both branch and head office staff.

7. Monitor the MFI portfolio and report accordingly to all the stakeholders.

8. Make sure the MFI uses all available technologies and tools within the MFI Industry in order to maximise sustainability and keep operational cost at a low level .

9. Finding ways of Partnering with various NGO’s for developing training / CSR activities for Svatantra .

10. Facilitate in depth client understanding .

Candidates are preferred from Micro-finance Institution or BFSI with the experience of 4 - 8 years.
