Manager - Strategy & Analysis - Manufacturing Firm

- Analysis of performance, drive various initiatives, prepare executive summaries, track improvement projects, identify external best practices and highlight competitive and market dynamics. Collaborate & coordinate with teams across Asia plants for timelines, updates and follow ups, as required.

- Providing Executive support : - Analyze & report on Manufacturing Performance.Development of reports (internal and external reports ) and executive summaries

- Monitoring key projects / initiatives: Track and manage schedules of various improvement and expansion projects.

- Analytics: Tracking, weekly reports consolidation, tracking and follow up on the action items and updates Reports / MIS: Develop reports and executive summaries on key issues related to safety, cost, quality, production, technical as required including recommendations.

- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks: Presentations, Write ups, administrative coordination, Relationship management with customers, vendors, competitors
