Manager - Strategic & Transaction Advisory - M&A

The opening is with a Leading Bank in Bahrain for their HO in Bahrain.

Reporting to Global Head.

- To identify analyze, evaluate and recommend strategic investment opportunities.

- Handling end to end Mergers and Acquisitions, valuations and due diligence.

- We are looking out for someone with experience in Financial services transactions,

- Track and analyze performance of potential financial services.

- Valuation of potential targets, structuring an acquisition transaction in a capital efficient manner and prepare a business case/ plan for such a transaction.

- Good at number crunching, MIS, presentation skills

- Objective, accurate and timely provision of financial analysis. Identification of key issues and recommending solutions

- CA with First attempt / Rank Holders with experience in transaction advisory, M&A.

- CA with MBA will also be an added advantage.
