Experience : Should have Min 5 years of exposure in solar procurement / new energy storage solutions products.

Education :B.Tech /BE Mandate - pref Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics / EnC

Knowledge Required : Sourcing professional with experience in diverse industies. i.e. EPC - Solar / Renewable Eenergy

Skills / Competencies : Utilise Sourcing stratgey for getting best of finished goods and services. Need to be a tough negotiator and should have awareness of contractual and legal terms and conditions.

Principal Purpose of the Job

Responsibilities encompass assisting category managers in developing and implementing sourcing strategy for respective "Category" and thereby delivering benefits through cost reduction initiatives. The role requires constant monitoring of supply market, trends and partner base to modify strategy or devise new sourcing strategy to derive maximum benefits and to meet internal business needs.

1. Strategic Sourcing

- Assist category sourcing in formulating strategy by conducting in-depth spend analysis

- Experience in Solar Sector is must.

- Experience in EPC B2B Roof Top or Ground Mounted Solar projects will be preferred.

- Knowledge of Solar PV System, Different Solar Panles, Racking Solutions, Inverter, MPPT, Monitoring System and related Costing is required.

a) Ensure full adherence to laid down Sourcing policy & guidelines

Commercial Negotiation

a) Zero Base Cost Working, Cost Benchmaking, Existing Price references etc. for commercial negotiations.

b) Assist in Preparation of Commercial Proposal and securing management approval as per DOA.
