Job Purpose: This position is to assist Executive President for all the activities as defined in roles &amp; responsibilities. This role is responsible for performing executive duties to ensure an efficient, well-maintained and result driven environment. This position reports directly to the Executive President. Roles &amp; responsibilities: 1. Assist the Executive President in overall strategic planning of the University 2. Assist the Executive President in overall coordination of strategic initiatives of the University 3. Assist the Executive President in overall Academics of the University 4. Assist and co-ordinate with the various departments on existing and new projects initiated from the Executive President's office 5. Making Detailed Project Report for the new projects initiated 6. Lead projects / assignments as initiated, and draw a project plan along with respective milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, timelines and performance 7. Preparing presentation / MIS and highlighting strategy, achievements, challenges, way forward, action plan and follow up of the activities as assigned 8. Regular Interactions &amp; coordination with all key stake holders (internal &amp; external) 9. Handling VVIP guests &amp; foreign delegates and represent Executive President as and when required 10. To work on strategy, research, analysis, financial modelling and analytics part for all assignments 11. To build relationships at all levels and influence change to help teams deliver value 12. Participates in the Management committee meeting and review meetings and in various meetings with internal and/or external stakeholders whenever mandated by the Executive President, and to prepare minutes of meetings 13. As and when required, communicate directly, and on behalf of the Executive President with management committee, staff, and others, on matters related to Executive President's initiatives 14. Ready to travel to meet delegates along with Executive President 15. Financially analyze each units / schools / projects and present dashboard before the management for action plan 16. Analyze and track the budget v/s expenses of each project and present it as required 17.
