KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Insight :
- Identify marketing problems, perform research, analyze trends/results to determine strategic implications
- Decode specific business issues through in-depth studies
- Sight business-enhancing opportunities through analysis and detail studies
- Leverage internal and external sources - coordinate data assimilation for specific studies
- Gather market intelligence, including knowledge of competitors, pricing, products, etc.
New Business Opportunities :
- Managing due diligence in preparation for the negotiation process: create, restructure detailed financial models.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with potential targets from the initial stage to deal closing
- Supporting and facilitating negotiations of transaction terms and legal documentation
- Co-ordinating with various external agencies to assess market potential
- Assist in preparation of financial models and opportunity/feasibility studies for greenfield/brownfield projects
- Collaborate with a consultant to provide the right content for M&A activities
- Securitizing the start-up proposals
Driving Business Strategy & Efficiency :
- Developing and reviewing business plans, identifying new opportunities and providing assistance in formulating a strategic view of the business.
- Identifying and evaluating potential business process improvements as part of the overall strategy with a view to enhancing productivity and profitability.
- Assist in developing medium & long-term growth strategy, based on supply-demand, price and market evolution
- Directing and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of complex data

PROFILE DETAILS
QUALIFICATION:
A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA (Finance)
Essential/Must-have:
Preferably for top management institute like IIM, FMS, SP Jain, MDI
Desirable/Good to have:
EXPERIENCE (Please specify in case there are any preferred industries):
- A minimum of 5 years- experience in business development and business analysis or a related field
Essential/Must-have:
- Essentially from an FMCG background or should have done business consulting for FMCG clients
- History of supporting successful projects
Desirable/Good to have:
- Strong presentation, verbal and written skills as well as proven ability to develop well-written documents and presentations
- Strong in Data Analytics
