Manager - Strategic Planning - BFSI

Our Client is a leading Micro Finance Company based in Delhi needs a Manager - Strategic Planning for their Delhi Office.

- Performs needs analyses and develops implementation plans for new business ventures or additions to current lines of business, including potential acquisitions and global expansion.

- Reviews, analyzes, and develops plans to expand existing services and make them more competitive.

- Examines corporate strategies and goals to determine areas where business analysis/ development should be focused.

- Develops business plan monitoring systems to analyze and interpret client feedback.

- Communicates with clients, prospects, and others to seek input on existing services and new service/product designs.

- Builds strategy and account plan based on information collected to support and retain, and cross-sell complete range of services to multiple divisions of global and regional managed accounts.

- Participates with unit heads to establish strategic operating plans and objectives.

- Provides management with guidance in identifying issues regarding business strategies. Assists in developing issue resolutions

- May provide work direction in the business planning activities of lower level staff.

- Assists in review and evaluation of assigned staff.

- Focuses on customer satisfaction, account growth and expansion of services provided, and sustaining customer loyalty for a group of key customers.

- Feeds back to sales manager and affiliate general manager market intelligence Obtained from the field

- Program manages new organization wide cross functional initiatives

- Develops and coordinates executive presentations and de-briefings

Work Experience:

Minimum of five years of professional level experience within field of specialization similar capacity in reputed organizations, preferably from the BFSI Industry / Microfinance Company

Qualifications: Any graduation with MBA from a premier B-school.
