About the role :

As a Manager, Strategic Partnerships, you will manage new and existing partners. The ideal applicant will work at a strategic level, assisting in the discovery of new revenue streams, along with expanding existing distribution channels for our products.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Launch new partners including sales enablement, marketing efforts with the end goal of getting the partner to independently promote Plum products

- Grow and monetize existing partners through scalable programs that can span across multiple verticals/categories

- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, sales, and customer success.

- Figure out right segments and partners within those segments, value proposition for partners

- Actively research and identify the new partnership opportunities and help in defining the partnerships landscape.

- Build pipeline and collaterals that will grow the business

Experience and Qualifications :

- Has a track record for executing revenue-generating partnerships with technology companies (HRMS platforms, neo-banks, VCs & accelerators)

- Worked at a fast growing start up for at least 3+ years

- Solid understanding of partnerships and alliances and how they can create value for the business.

- Technologically savvy and familiarity with APIs, integrations, and SaaS is preferred.

- Presents themselves as highly credible and articulate face-to-face, over the phone, and via email

- Has a confident persona and can deliver extraordinary customer relationships

- Exceptional communication skills and a consultative approach in addressing partner needs

- Is highly professional and results obsessed

- Has high degree of coachability and great listening skills
