Role : Manager - Strategic Partnerships
Reporting : Head-Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
What You Will Do :
- Primary responsibility will be to identify, develop and execute strategic and referral relationships that will contribute to the company's growth.
- Serve as a key member supporting the company's strategic partnership direction.
- Establish and grow our partnerships in the keys areas identified to support company growth initiatives in strategic and vendor partners
- Identify new business opportunities possible with technology investment, challenge status quo and drive data / digital disruption
- These partnerships must drive revenue and create a preference for the company within the partner and the partner's staff
- Manage complex contract negotiations and work with legal counsel as required.
- Drive the partner integration process in collaboration with departments across the company
- Network with internal and external subject-matter experts, identify M&A targets within key focus areas and make recommendations
- Continually analyse the market opportunities, including competitive landscape, industry trends, emerging technologies and economic factors
- Optimize the company's use of resources to achieve profitability
- Manage executive stakeholder communication and progress reporting
- Lead partnership development activities with input from cross-functional teams (including, but not limited to, Product Management, Technology, Sales, Finance and Operations departments)
Who you are and What you have ?
- 10+ years of experience with in FinTech industry
- Master's Degree in Business Administration from Tier 1 institute/s
- Understanding of Partnerships Ecosystem and Channels from a SME and B2B perspective
- An open, intuitive and curious mind to learn, unlearn and experiment.
- Experience in the digital lending market a plus
- Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, making key decisions with minimal direct oversight
- Willingness to define and execute on the strategic and tactical tasks required for success
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and manage through influence instead of direct reporting relationships
