Responsibilities: 1) Strategic Partnerships Development - Develop structured pitches and presentations for prospective strategic partners - Making a Business case for internal and external stakeholders - Doing feasibility study to look at operational synergies with the partner - Work with sales leadership team and other functional teams to collaborate on new partnership ideas - Doing external market analysis - Competition and logistics market study 2) Set Up and Enable New Alliances - Facilitate seamless on-boarding of strategic partners in our ecosystem - Ensure set-up on system and its complete alignment across departments - Project Management for the overall on-boarding along with cross functional teams from requirement to launch 3) Competencies - Acumen to explore newer and radical opportunities to develop the business - Ability to design propositions and make a strong business case - Innovative and strategic mindset - High on initiative, ability to start something new - Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal - Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations - Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - Understanding of technology and bent towards digitization Who should apply for this role? - You have a postgraduate degree in Business / Marketing / Management from a premium B-school / Tier 1 MBA - You have 3-5 years of experience in strategic partnerships/alliances/business strategy - You possess excellent analytical capabilities - can understand partners needs and possess a strong strategic mindset. - You have outstanding business acumen and negotiation skills. - Your verbal and written communication and articulation skills are immaculate
