Manager - Strategic Market Research - Healthcare

Role & responsibilities:

- In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems

- The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals

- Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor and team leads

- Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Global

- The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments

- Share regular updates with Business Head and Leadership Team on progress of various strategic and operational initiatives.

- Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis

Preferred candidate profile:

- MBA/Masters from business school or Bachelors degree in engineering/B Com/Communications/BBA from a tier I recognized university or Master Degree in Healthcare Administration/ Statistics/Data Science

- Healthcare Certifications would be preferred

- Minimum 10 years work experience (ideally 10-12 years' experience)

- Minimum 5 years in a consulting/customer facing environment (healthcare exposure would be preferred)
