A funded education startup operating a chain of schools in south and west India is looking to hire a Manager - Strategic Initiatives / New Businesses.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Our top priority is growth and tech enabled academic projects. This role requires you to work across various projects and tasks simultaneously. It will also require you to set priorities across projects. Your primary responsibility is to execute all the projects under you.This is essentially an implementation role reporting into the business head of the company. However, you will also be required to assist in key decision making processes and provide business judgement for these strategic projects.You will also be required to support ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned to you on an on-going basis.
The successful candidate will work across projects across departments, in a fast paced, team oriented, rapidly changing and high growth organization.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduate from IIT or MBA from IIM (ABCL), XLRI, SPJain only
- Work Experience of atleast 2- 5 years

- Ability to work in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
