Offices are across USA, UK, South Korea, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. The company supplies high design apparel accessories to top fashion brands in the world. It&nbsp;is headquartered in India.&nbsp; Position - Manager Strategic Finance Reporting To:&nbsp;You will be reporting to the global CFO of the organization. Experience - 5 to 10 yrs Salary - Upto 13 lacs The Company is searching for an energetic self starter to manage the strategic finance function. You will be responsible financial projections, budgeting, profitability planning and management, automation of finance & MIS. You will work with a diverse team across 3 countries to drive the company's financial goals. Activities Expected: - Making financial projections, and converting organizational goals to SBU targets. - Management and reporting of performance of BUs against goals set. - Follow the daily PNL, and watch for anomalies in the system. Provide actionable insights to SBU heads to provide daily data points for financial decision making. - Maintain financial projections to be shared for fundraising, and following performance against them. - With with current banks and shareholders to provide updates on financial goals. - Work on automation of information flow through state-of-the-art systems and tools. - Work on unit economics per piece, and model how this works out at scale. - Provide analysis and insights on new investment and capital decisions. Skills Required: - CA or CA Inter - Thorough understanding of financial projections and financial modeling - Hunger to do cool stuff in finance, like automated daily financials - High level of confidence and executive presence required. - Hunger to learn and grow every day
