Project Delivery
Lead teams and ensure successful end to end delivery of client projects within time/budget constraints.
Identify and address emerging issues, securing deployment of adequate and appropriate resources, delivering all client commitments, effective reporting and meeting/exceeding client service and quality standards.
Identify additional business opportunities with the client.
Act as a first point of contact for any client related queries.
- Team Development
Contribute to building the team by training, mentoring, attracting, and developing some of the best available talent.
- Business Development
Play a pivotal role to prepare business cases and develop proposal documents.
Collaborate with Directors and team members to pursue and respond to client opportunities.
- Knowledge Management
Collaborate with industry associations and chambers to undertake sector building initiatives viz. conferences, workshops etc.
